Dance * Feel * Awaken This is not your average dance class, this is a sacred celebration of the body, soul, and spirit! In this guided journey, we weave somatic movement, mindful awareness, and ecstatic dance into a vibrant tapestry of self-expression and emotional release. You'll be invited to tune into your body’s inner wisdom, awaken your senses, and move through what no longer serves — all while dancing to a soul-stirring, beat-bumping playlist. Through intention setting, guided somatic prompts, and a supportive, judgment-free container, we open the gates to joy, liberation, and embodied presence. ✨ No choreography ✨ No experience needed ✨ Just bring your breath, your beat, and your body Come as you are. Leave more alive, more grounded, and more YOU. This dance is best done barefoot but if you want to wear socks I would recommend wearing the socks with grips on the bottom so you don't slip. Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be doing some high energy dancing. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the event so we can get started right at 6:30pm.
