Welcome to Sukha Sound & Wellness at Wild Ginger Apothecary! We offer Wellness Coaching, Sound Bath Journeys, Frequency Healing Sessions, Somatecstatic Movement, and many more wellness classes and experiences. We also offer Sound and Vibrational Therapies Certification courses, in collaboration with Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound.

Our space is a safe, brave, comfortable and joy filled environment for you to relax, unwind, heal, reset and grow mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. We have created this space of community where everyone is welcome and there is no judgement, just a conscious community coming together to lift each other up and to support one another on this path of life. Our motto is good vibes only, so come on in, kick off your shoes, have a cup of tea or coffee, snuggle up on one of our comfy floor chairs and soak up the good vibes and sound vibes that are always floating around our studio.
