What should I expect during a Sound Bath Journey?

In a Sound Bath Journey you will lie down fully clothed, cozy up with blankets and bolsters, and be bathed in waves and layers of sound and vibration. Each session begins with an intention, and you’ll be guided into a meditative space supported by vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and more. Many people experience emotional release, deep relaxation, insight and transformation.

What should I expect during a 1:1 Frequency Healing Session?

Accepted Answer

During a session, you’ll rest fully clothed in a peaceful, grounded space while I apply specific frequencies using tuning forks and other sound tools on and around your body and energy field. These frequencies are not just soothing—they stimulate your nervous system, help regulate brainwave states, and can trigger the release of nitric oxide, a molecule associated with cellular repair and relaxation.

On an energetic level, we’re clearing stagnation, rebalancing chakras, and restoring flow.
On a physical level, your body may shift into parasympathetic mode (rest-and-digest), allowing for deep restoration.
On a soul level, you’re invited home.

You might feel physical sensations, emotional release, mental clarity, or a drop into a meditative state. All responses are valid and welcome — even if you don’t “feel” much at first, your energy system is still receiving the work.

What should I expect after a Sound Bath Journey or 1:1 Frequency Healing Session?

Every experience is unique, but it's common to feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, and more connected to yourself.

You may notice shifts in your energy, mood, sleep, or even physical sensations in the days following.

Some people experience a gentle emotional release or vivid dreams as the body integrates the frequencies and clears what is no longer needed.

Hydration, rest, and quiet reflection are encouraged afterward — your system is recalibrating in beautiful ways. Give yourself space to simply be, and trust that whatever is unfolding is in service to your healing.

It’s a sacred space to move freely, release stress, and come back home to your body. Blending somatic awareness, chakra exploration, and freeform dance, these classes are non-judgmental, wildly fun, and deeply healing.

This is a heart-centered approach to wellness coaching that blends mindfulness practices with body-based tools to help you release trauma, rewire old patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self. Sessions are co-created based on your needs and intentions.

Not at all. Everything offered here is beginner-friendly and inclusive. Come as you are — no experience needed, just a willingness to be open.

Yes! I offer 1:1 sessions for sound healing, frequency work, life coaching, and more. Private group sound baths, dance journeys, and events are also available and can be customized for special occasions, retreats, or wellness events.

Yes, with deep care. I have extensive experience supporting people with trauma, chronic conditions, and sensitive nervous systems. Every offering is trauma-informed, heart-led, and gently supportive.

Yes. My space at Wild Ginger Apothecary is warm, inclusive, and designed with comfort in mind. We offer floor seating with cozy chairs, blankets, and pillows. If you have accessibility needs, just let me know — I will do my best to accommodate you.
