Gentle Reiki is offered throughout the experience, intuitively flowing where it’s most needed. It is a gentle energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Rooted in intention and unconditional love, Reiki helps clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony to the body’s natural energy flow, making it the perfect companion to Sound Healing. The Reiki in this session is provided by Paula and Jean Luc of Sana Sana Studio here in Sarasota.

 

We will close the journey with a group blessing—a heartfelt moment of collective energy, amplifying your intentions and sealing the session in love, gratitude, and peace.

In this collaboration Becky will guide you through a nourishing sound bath designed to help the nervous system soften, the mind quiet, and the body return to a more regulated rhythm. As the sound holds you, Akasha  will offer Light Language: a high-frequency transmission of universal love and consciousness that supports you in coming home to yourself.

 

Light Language isn’t something you “figure out.” It’s something you feel. It’s received through the body, heart, and energy field, often creating a sense of peace, clarity, and inner spaciousness. Many people describe feeling less overwhelmed, more centered, and more connected to their true essence.

Soulwave - Embodied Movement

Where Movement Becomes Medicine

Soulwave is a 75 minute embodied movement journey guided by music, breath, and energy. This is a no-spectator, come-as-you-are dance where you are invited to move intuitively, release what you’re ready to let go of, and welcome what’s ready to emerge.

​

Each Soulwave follows an intentional energetic arc inspired by the chakra system—beginning with grounding, building into activation and expression, opening the heart, and gently softening into integration. You’ll receive light movement invitations throughout, with plenty of space to listen inward and move in ways that feel supportive and true for your body.

​

This practice is held as a brave, safe, and supported space. There is no choreography to follow and nothing to get right. All emotions are welcome. You are encouraged to move, rest, pause, or simply breathe as needed. We dance individually, together—creating a shared field of presence, release, joy, and connection.

 

Soulwave is both fun and deeply transformative. It is a powerful way to move energy, regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and support manifestation and release through the wisdom of the body.

We close each gathering with a guided meditation for integration, allowing the body and soul to receive and anchor the experience.

The Gathering Cup​ - A Sacred Cacao Journey

Each month, we gather in sacred community to sip cacao, open the heart, and tune in to what is ready to be felt, witnessed, released, or called in. Cacao is a nourishing plant medicine often used ceremonially to support connection, intention, and heart-centered presence. These ceremonies are intuitively guided and may include a blend of meditation, card pulls, astrology, sound healing, ecstatic dance, journaling, ritual, and seasonal reflection.

 

Inspired by the moon, the seasons, and the natural cycles of life, every ceremony will carry its own energy and intention. Some gatherings may invite stillness and softness while others may call for movement, expression, connection, or transformation. All are created to support presence, inner listening, and embodied healing.

 

This is a space to reconnect with yourself, with community, and with the deeper wisdom that lives within. Whether you are seeking clarity, grounding, release, or simply a moment to breathe and receive, you are welcome here.
