A sound bath is a vibrational ceremony where celestial tones—created by various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums—guide you into alignment with your highest self. These healing frequencies dissolve energetic blockages, support you in releasing trauma and emotional blocks, help reset your nervous system, awaken your inner light, and return you to the rhythm of your divine essence, a space to remember who you truly are.

• We provide comfy floor chairs, a large cushion, a blanket and pillow, but please bring whatever else you need to be comfortable.

• This event is limited to 12 people so we do ask you to prepay to reserve your spot.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get yourself all set up and ready to go, this session starts promptly at the time listed and no one will be admitted late.

• When you arrive at the venue look for the lit up YOGA sign in the window and enter using the door there.
