Theta Wave Group Sound Bath is a weekly vibrational experience designed to help you relieve stress, quiet the mind, soften the nervous system, and return to a deeper sense of alignment within yourself.

 

Through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums, water instruments, animal sounds, and layered soundscapes, you will be invited to slow down, release what feels heavy, and reconnect with the wisdom already living inside you. Each session is intentionally woven with both live instruments and supportive sound technology, including chanting, shamanic flute, handpan, didgeridoo, and other sounds that help create a rich, immersive journey.

 

As the body begins to relax and the mind settles, we can access a more open, intuitive state. This is the space where answers may rise, clarity may return, and connection to your higher self, inner guidance, and spiritual support can feel more available.

 

You do not need any experience with meditation or sound healing to attend. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you inward.

 

This class is a place to breathe, receive, reset, and remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life.

 

• We provide comfy floor chairs, a large cushion, a blanket and pillow, but please bring whatever else you need to be comfortable.

• This event is limited to 12 people so we do ask you to prepay to reserve your spot.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get yourself all set up and ready to go, this session starts promptly at the time listed and no one will be admitted late.

• When you arrive at the venue look for the lit up YOGA sign in the window and enter using the door there.​​

This journey begins with sacred intention setting, inviting your heart to speak clearly and your energy to align with your divine truth. As you settle in, you’ll be immersed in a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums and much more, each vibration working to clear stagnant energy, harmonize your chakras, and attune you to
your highest self and your highest healing.

 

Gentle Reiki is offered throughout the experience, intuitively flowing where it’s most needed. It is a gentle energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Rooted in intention and unconditional love, Reiki helps clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony to the body’s natural energy flow, making it the perfect companion to Sound Healing. The Reiki in this session is provided by Paula and Jean Luc of Sana Sana Studio here in Sarasota.

 

We will close the journey with a group blessing—a heartfelt moment of collective energy, amplifying your intentions and sealing the session in love, gratitude, and peace.
