I am a Wellness Coach, Practitioner of Sound & Frequency Therapies, Somatecstatic Movement Facilitator, Wellness Mentor and a Master Sound & Vibrational Therapies Instructor based in Sarasota Florida. I am so honored and grateful to be walking a path that allows me to blend all of my skills and experiences together to reach as many people as I can in my community and beyond, to find peace, healing, transformation, connection, and support. My passion is helping people find the tools they need to empower themselves - to healing, to their dreams, to their unique frequency, to their true path they want to be walking.

 

I bring 28 years of my own spiritual journey into all I offer. I have studied Reiki, Crystals for Healing, Tuning Forks, Chakras, Mindfulness, Meditation, Ecstatic Dance, Sound Healing plus many other modalities and I also became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician along the way.

 

At Sukha Sound & Wellness, I want to cultivate an atmosphere of body, mind, energy and spirit care through various treatments and teachings to connect the mind and body, empowering my clients to discover the tools they need to be active participants in their own healing journey. My goal is to create a truly healing, relaxing, and transformative oasis where anyone who comes feels supported, accepted and cared for in all ways leading to instant, lasting change.
