1:1 Frequency Healing with Coaching

A sacred, supportive space where sound, energy, and mindful presence come together to help you shift, soften, and come home to yourself. This session is a powerful fusion of vibrational healing—using tuning forks, Himalayan Bowls, drums and other sound tools—and mindful somatic coaching, a mind body-centered approach to personal growth and emotional wellness. In this 1:1 experience, we don’t just focus on symptom relief; we gently explore the root of what your mind and body are holding. Through guided somatic inquiry, breathwork, and nervous system-aware coaching, we’ll tune into the language of your body—your sensations, emotions, and patterns. You’ll be invited to listen deeply, move gently, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Paired with specific vibrational frequencies tailored to your needs this creates a multidimensional pathway for releasing stuck energy, healing trauma, and accessing greater clarity and ease. Because of this we encourage you to book these sessions once a month. **For your first appointment we will add a 30 minute consultation so we can chat about your concerns and goals. This allows me to customize your session to your wants and needs.
